My previous manager would have noted my ability to quickly immerse myself in the product and identify key user needs. He would have emphasized my initiative in proposing new ideas and my ability to communicate effectively with the development and design teams. He would also have highlighted my responsibility for deadlines and quality of results, and an area for growth — the need to sometimes pay more attention to details in documentation and analytics.
