Chat Settings Previously, everything was scattered across the “Window” and “System” tabs. Now, the chat has its own section in the settings with its own set of toggles.

What's New:

• Automatically collapse transcriptions—groups of audio transcriptions above the most recent one collapse, so the chat doesn't turn into a wall of text.
• Automatically collapse operations - same applies to AI tool calls.
• Cancel generation on resend - if you send a new message or perform a quick action while the AI is still responding, the current generation is silently canceled and a new one starts. Quick action buttons are no longer blocked during a response.
• Auto-scroll for the chat has been moved here from the “Window” menu.

We’ve added an experimental option to enable real-time transcription in VAD for Deepgram and Soniox models in the audio settings.

When this mode is enabled, speech transcription begins as soon as recording starts—this allows response generation to begin much faster.

At the same time, latency is reduced to 200–300 ms, instead of 500–1000 ms in synchronous mode.

How it works:

• The other person’s reply appears in the chat immediately, without waiting for the end of the sentence
• If auto-replies are enabled, response generation starts without an additional pause to wait for the transcription to finish
• When sending a message to the chat manually (or via a quick action), the ongoing transcription makes it into the context before the assistant starts responding

Limitations:

• Works only in VAD mode
• Deepgram is partially restricted in Russia—with a Russian IP, streaming may occasionally lose chunks of the transcription. Use a VPN for stable performance.

We’ve added a meta-key blocker: a new setting that hides presses of Ctrl, Shift, Alt, Cmd, and other modifier keys from the system.

Why you need this: Interview platforms track keystrokes. When you use an app’s hotkeys (e.g., Ctrl+B), the combination itself is global and the platform doesn’t see it, but it does see the Ctrl press before you press B. With the new setting, the platform won’t see anything at all.

How it works:

• Press and release Ctrl—the system won’t receive anything
• Press Ctrl+C or Ctrl+V—it works as usual, without restrictions

Limitations:

• Combinations consisting only of modifier keys (e.g., Ctrl+Shift to switch languages) will stop working while this setting is enabled

We have significantly overhauled the speech detection mechanism across all audio recording modes.

The app now includes a compact (~2.2 MB) neural network that accurately distinguishes human speech from all other sounds.

Previously, VAD worked based on volume thresholds—and could be triggered by notification sounds, keyboard typing, mouse clicks, and other background noise. Now the neural network analyzes the audio and responds only to speech.

Audio settings:

• Manual settings for silence threshold, sound density, and other controls that required experimentation have been removed. The neural network detects speech automatically—no configuration is needed.
• Recordings in manual and continuous modes now also pass through the neural network—if there is no speech in the recording (only noise or music), it is automatically discarded and doesn’t waste unnecessary data.

• Added a button to download all images at once.

Fixes:

• Deleting messages in chat now happens instantly, without that annoying 0.2–0.5-second delay.
