Tell us about the team and the methodology of work.

Our team usually consists of 5-7 people, including developers, testers, and a product manager. We work using Agile methodology, most often Scrum with two-week sprints. We hold short daily stand-ups for synchronization, and at the end of each sprint — a retrospective and planning for the next one.

We use task-tracking tools (such as Jira or Trello), as well as a version control system (Git). Code review is an essential part of the process, which helps maintain quality and facilitate knowledge sharing.

This approach allows us to adapt quickly to changes and maintain transparency in the team's work.
