How are roles distributed in your team? Are there internal grades?

In our team, roles were distributed based on functional and level-based criteria:

• Junior — perform tasks under supervision, learn and gain experience.
• Middle — independently solve standard tasks, participate in design.
• Senior — responsible for architecture, complex tasks, mentoring.
• Tech Lead — coordinate the technical part, make architectural decisions.

Internal grades were formalized considering competencies, responsibilities, and impact on the project. For example, a Senior could be divided into Senior 1 and Senior 2 depending on experience and contribution.

Role distribution helped clearly understand responsibility zones and plan employee development. Regular reviews and feedback were also used to adjust grades and roles.
