What command would you like to see at a new place? Are there preferences for composition, roles?

I would like to see a team with clearly defined roles and good communication. Ideally, the team should include:

• Experienced developers who can mentor and help solve complex problems.
• QA engineers ensuring product quality.
• DevOps specialists for automation and infrastructure support.
• A product manager or team lead who sets the direction and helps prioritize tasks.

It is important that the team is open to knowledge sharing and collaborative problem-solving, and has a culture of code review and continuous process improvement. Preferably, all participants are interested in quality and product development, rather than just executing tasks.
