How many people were in the team, what roles were there, and how did they work?

My team consisted of 7 people. The roles were distributed as follows: a systems analyst (myself), two developers, a tester, an architect, a project manager, and a UX/UI specialist. We worked using Agile methodology with two-week sprints. We held planning meetings and retrospectives weekly, actively used a Jira task board for transparency and progress tracking. Communication was conducted via Slack and regular meetings.
