What CRM systems have you worked with?

In my practice, I have worked with several CRM systems:

• Salesforce — for sales management, marketing automation, and analytics.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 — integration with other Microsoft products, customization for business processes.
• Bitrix24 — for small and medium-sized businesses, with communication and task management features.

Each of them has its strengths: Salesforce is good for scalable solutions, Dynamics for integration into the Microsoft ecosystem, and Bitrix24 for quick start and comprehensive management. Experience with these systems allows choosing the optimal solution for specific business tasks.
