What are Golman's leadership styles?

Daniel Goleman identified six main leadership styles based on emotional intelligence:

1. Authoritative (Commanding) — the leader gives clear instructions and expects them to be followed. Effective in crisis situations.
2. Coaching — focuses on developing employees, helping them unlock their potential.
3. Affiliative — builds harmonious relationships, supports the emotional climate within the team.
4. Democratic — involves the team in decision-making, increases engagement.
5. Pacesetting — the leader sets a high work pace and standards, expects compliance.
6. Visionary — inspires the team with a shared goal and vision of the future.
