What is an influence/impact grid?

Influence/Impact Grid — is a tool for analyzing and managing project stakeholders. It is a matrix where one axis represents the level of influence of a stakeholder on the project, and the other axis represents the level of impact of the project on that stakeholder.

This helps to:

• Identify which stakeholders need to be actively engaged and informed.
