Performing projects on your own is a great way to have full control over the process and the result. This includes planning, development, testing, and deployment without involving a team.

Advantages:

• Full responsibility for quality and deadlines.
• Deep understanding of all aspects of the project.
• Quick adaptation and decision-making.

Disadvantages:

• Greater workload and the need to possess various skills.
• Limited time and resources.

For example, when developing a small web application in PHP, I independently implemented the backend, frontend, and database, which allowed me to quickly test the idea and gain full-cycle development experience.
