How is your development process organized — Agile, Waterfall? Where do you track tasks?

Our team uses an Agile approach, most often Scrum. Work is divided into sprints lasting 1-2 weeks, at the beginning of each sprint we plan tasks, and at the end — conduct a retrospective.

For task management, we use Jira. In it, epics, stories, tasks, and bugs are created, which are distributed across sprints and priorities. This allows us to track progress, see the team's workload, and respond quickly to changes.

This approach helps to adapt flexibly to requirements and maintain transparency in the development process.
