What are your development plans and how do you implement them?

Development plans usually include mastering new technologies, improving application architecture skills, and enhancing code quality. For an iOS developer, this may involve learning SwiftUI, Combine, new iOS SDK features, as well as improving skills with architectural patterns (MVVM, VIPER). I achieve this through regular learning — reading documentation, taking courses, participating in conferences, and also applying knowledge practically in projects and code reviews.
