What income level are you currently targeting for yourself?

I base my expectations on the income level corresponding to a senior developer with experience in Golang and an understanding of distributed systems architecture. It is important that the compensation reflects not only technical skills but also responsibility for decision-making, mentoring, and contribution to product development. Specific figures depend on the region and company, but I am aiming for a competitive market level for senior Golang developers.
