Designing a platform similar to Twitter

It is necessary to design a service similar to Twitter, aimed at an audience of about 70 million users. The system should support posting messages (tweets) with a character limit. Each message can have attached photos and videos, but audio attachments are not allowed. Live streaming is not provided in the service. It is required to implement hashtag support and ensure a user-friendly experience in the mobile application.
