Tell about code review and mentoring — what did you do in this role?

As a code reviewer and mentor, I was engaged in several key tasks:

• Code Review: I checked the quality of colleagues' code, monitored adherence to architectural and style standards, identified potential bugs and vulnerabilities. I helped improve code readability and maintainability, and provided optimization recommendations.

• Mentoring: I supported less experienced developers, helped them understand complex technical issues, explained best development practices on Android. I held regular meetings to discuss progress, provided feedback, and maintained motivation.

• Training and Development: I organized internal workshops and presentations on new technologies and tools, helping the team grow professionally.

Thus, my role was aimed at improving product quality and team development through knowledge sharing and quality control.
