In my first professional role, responsibilities and tasks were distributed based on the competencies and experience of the team members. Usually, senior developers or team leads defined the architecture and key decisions, while juniors implemented individual modules or functions.

For example, I was responsible for developing the user interface and API integration, while colleagues handled the backend and testing. We used a task tracking system (such as Jira), where each task had a clear description and purpose, which helped avoid duplication and effectively monitor progress.

This division allowed each person to focus on their area of responsibility and ensured smooth team operation.
