What positions and roles exist in your team at your current workplace?

The following roles are usually present in an Android development team:

• Junior Android Developer — performs tasks under the guidance of more experienced colleagues, implements simple features, fixes bugs.
• Middle Android Developer — independently develops functionality, participates in architecture design, writes tests.
• Senior Android Developer — responsible for application architecture, code review, mentorship, process optimization.
• Team Lead — manages the team, assigns tasks, controls deadlines and quality.
• QA Engineer — tests the application, writes automated tests, ensures quality.
• Product Owner / Project Manager — defines requirements, prioritizes tasks.

In small teams, some roles may be combined, for example, a middle developer may also perform the functions of a team lead.
