What approach to software development did you use in your last position?

In my last position as an Android developer, I used an Agile approach with Scrum elements. Work was carried out in iterations (sprints) of 1-2 weeks, with daily stand-ups for team synchronization.

The main principles applied were:

• Incremental development: each iteration delivered a working feature.
• Constant communication with the client to clarify requirements.
• Use of version control system (Git) for collaborative work.
• Automated testing and code reviews to maintain quality.

This approach allowed for quick adaptation to changes and timely releases of app updates.
