Tell us about your experience: what projects, tasks, and roles have you had?

In my practice, I have participated in several projects as a systems analyst:

• Business process automation project for a large company: requirements analysis, process modeling, preparation of technical documentation, and interaction with developers.
• CRM system implementation: gathering and structuring user requirements, conducting interviews, creating user scenarios and prototypes.
• IT infrastructure optimization: analyzing current systems, identifying bottlenecks, preparing improvement proposals, and integrating new solutions.

Main tasks included communication with clients, translating business requirements into technical specifications, participating in testing, and project support. The role required a deep understanding of both business processes and technical aspects of systems.
