How closely did you work with BPMN?

My work with BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) was in the context of analyzing and optimizing business processes. I used BPMN to visualize processes, identify bottlenecks, and automate routine tasks.

For example, I modeled the document approval process, where I described the sequence of actions, participant roles, and transition conditions using BPMN. This helped improve process transparency and speed up its execution.

Although I did not always create complex diagrams, BPMN was a useful tool for communication between business and developers.
