Sometimes, business requirements are provided by the client or manager in a ready-made form, especially if the project already has clearly defined goals. In other cases, the analyst independently formulates requirements by conducting interviews with stakeholders, analyzing current processes, and identifying business needs.

It is important not only to accept ready-made requirements but also to actively participate in their formulation, clarification, and documentation to ensure their completeness and unambiguity for subsequent development.
