• Vague or contradictory requirements for the position (for example, a very broad range of responsibilities without specialization).
• Lack of transparency in communication with HR or managers — delays in responses, evasive answers.
• Very low or unreasonably high salary compared to the market.
• Lack of opportunities for professional growth and training.
• Poor company reputation (employee reviews, reviews on platforms like Glassdoor).
• Absence of a test assignment or a very complex/meaningless test task.
• Inadequate attitude towards work-life balance (for example, constant overtime without compensation).
