Is experience with financial organizations reflected in the employment record?

Work experience in financial organizations listed in the resume does not necessarily have to be reflected in the employment record book. The employment record book records official employment relationships confirmed by the employer.

If the work was officially registered, then an entry should be present in the employment record book. However, if the experience was gained based on civil law contracts, internships, freelancing, or other forms of employment without official registration, then such entries will not be in the employment record book.

To confirm such experience, other documents may be used: employment contracts, certificates, recommendations, extracts from personnel systems.
