Describe the problem interview process.

Problem interview — is a qualitative research method aimed at identifying real problems and pain points of users or clients.

The process includes the following steps:

1. Preparation: hypotheses about problems are formulated, and the target audience is selected.
2. Conducting the interview: open-ended questions are asked to understand the respondent's experience, feelings, and difficulties without imposing solutions.
3. Active listening and clarification: the interviewer listens carefully, asks clarifying questions to better understand the problem.
4. Analysis: recurring problems, patterns, and insights are identified.

The goal is to obtain honest and detailed data about the difficulties users face, to create products or improve existing ones based on this information.
