What did I forget to mention — without what there will be no assortment, warehouses, and partner networks?

Without data on suppliers (partners), as well as information about products and their characteristics, there will be no complete assortment. Warehouses require data on stock availability and movement. Partner networks require accurate accounting of contracts, cooperation conditions, and supply channels.

In other words, without a properly configured and up-to-date database that includes:

• Products and their properties
• Suppliers and partners
• Warehouse stock levels and movement logic

it is impossible to build an effective system for managing assortment, warehouses, and partner networks.
