How to map stakeholders (RACI)?

Mapping stakeholders using the RACI matrix helps clearly define the roles and responsibilities of project participants:

• Responsible — who performs the task.
• Accountable — who makes the final decision and is responsible for the result.
• Consulted — who provides information and participates in discussions.
• Informed — who should be aware of the progress and results.

Process:

1. List all key stakeholders.
2. Define the main tasks or processes of the project.
3. Assign R, A, C, I roles to each stakeholder for each task.
4. Ensure each task has one Accountable and at least one Responsible.
5. Distribute the matrix among the team for alignment and understanding of roles.

This helps avoid duplication of responsibility, improve communication, and increase project management efficiency.
