What exactly do you not want to do at your new job?

In my new job, I definitely do not want to engage in routine tasks that do not add value to the product and do not contribute to the team's development. For example, endless execution of monotonous administrative processes without the opportunity to influence the product or processes.

I would also prefer not to be involved in micromanagement or control that hinders the freedom to make decisions and show initiative.

It is important that my work is related to solving real problems, improving the product, and interacting with the team, rather than performing tasks formally for reporting purposes.
