What is usability testing?

Usability testing is a method of evaluating the ease of use of a product or interface, where real users perform typical tasks, and researchers observe their actions and gather feedback.

The goal is to identify design problems, understand how intuitive and effective the product is for end users. This helps improve user experience, increase satisfaction, and reduce errors.

Example: during testing a mobile application, users are asked to register and place an order, while difficulties, time taken for the task, and questions that arise are recorded.
