Describe the stages of Tuckman (forming/storming/norming/performing)

Tuckman's model describes four stages of team development:

1. Forming — the team is just forming, members get acquainted, define goals and roles. At this stage, people are cautious, avoid conflicts, and seek support.

2. Storming — conflicts and disagreements arise, members express different opinions, and there is a struggle for leadership and influence. This is a critical stage where it is decided whether the team can work together.

3. Norming — conflicts are resolved, common rules, norms, and standards of work are established. The team begins to collaborate more effectively, and trust develops.

4. Performing — the team works productively, achieves goals, and solves tasks smoothly and efficiently. Roles are clearly distributed, and communication is established.
