Who else is in your team, how many people and what are their roles?

In my team, there are usually 5 people with the following roles:

• Product Analyst (me). I analyze requirements, gather and interpret data, form hypotheses and recommendations.

• Product Owner. Responsible for task prioritization and communication with the business.

• Developers (2 people). Implement functionality according to requirements.

• QA Engineer. Tests the product, ensures quality and stability.

This distribution allows for effective coverage of all development stages and quick response to changes.
