Tell me more about the team project: who participated in the team, what was your area of responsibility, and how was communication organized within the team?

In a team project, several specialists with different roles usually participate: a product analyst, developers, designers, testers, and a project manager. My area of responsibility as a product analyst involved gathering and analyzing requirements, formulating hypotheses to improve the product, as well as preparing reports and presentations for the team.

Communication within the team was conducted through regular meetings (stand-ups), the use of task tracking systems (e.g., Jira), and shared chats (Slack). This allowed for quick information exchange, task coordination, and prompt resolution of arising issues.
