What mode or style of working do you prefer?

The preferred working mode depends on the tasks and the team, but generally, several styles are distinguished:

• Individual work — when you can focus and deeply immerse yourself in the task.
• Pair programming — collaborative work with a colleague to improve code quality and share knowledge.
• Agile approach — iterative work with frequent releases and feedback.

In Node.js development, flexibility and the ability to quickly switch between tasks are often valued, as well as active use of asynchronous programming and callbacks/promises. Personally, I prefer to work in a mode that combines independence with the ability to quickly discuss complex issues with the team.
