Could you tell me about the method of organization of development and project management used in your last project?

In my last project, we used the Agile methodology with Scrum elements. The development process was organized into two-week sprints. At the beginning of each sprint, we planned tasks, prioritized them, and estimated effort.

Daily stand-up meetings were held to synchronize the team and identify obstacles. At the end of each sprint, there was a demonstration of results and a retrospective to improve processes.

This approach allowed us to respond flexibly to changing requirements and maintain high communication within the team.
