In my practice, tasks usually came from the team lead or product owner in the form of tickets in the project management system (Jira, YouTrack). The ticket described the goal, requirements, and acceptance criteria. Sometimes, tasks were discussed in planning meetings or chats to clarify details.

During the work process, I created the following artifacts:

• Source code with comments and test coverage.
• Documentation on API or architecture, if required by the task.
• Results of code reviews and corrections based on them.
• Testing reports (if it was part of my responsibilities).

This approach ensured transparency and ease of project support.
