Positive signals of professional development for me were the following situations:

• When my code was accepted into the main project without significant revisions — it meant that I understood the standards and requirements.
• When I was given the opportunity to independently handle small tasks or modules in the project.
• When colleagues asked me to help solve complex bugs or issues — this is a sign of trust and recognition of my skills.
• When I successfully implemented new technologies or approaches that improved the quality or performance of the application.
