At my last job, the team consisted of 8 people: 5 developers, 1 team lead, 1 QA engineer, and 1 product manager. I held the position of senior Golang developer.

My responsibilities included developing and maintaining microservices, participating in architectural discussions, code reviews, and mentoring junior colleagues. We worked according to Agile methodologies, regularly conducting sprint planning and retrospectives.

The team was cross-functional and closely collaborated with DevOps and analysts to ensure stable and scalable service operation.
