I have a positive attitude towards relocation if it contributes to professional growth and improves quality of life. I have considered moving to major IT hubs such as Berlin, Amsterdam, or Tallinn, where there is a developed community and good conditions for developers. It is important that the place aligns with my personal and career goals.
