How do you feel about overtime? Sometimes we need to release updates late in the evening.

I understand that in development there are situations when working overtime is necessary, especially during releases or critical incidents. Overall, I view overtime as an exception rather than a rule, as regular overtime can reduce productivity and code quality.

If a release needs to be rolled out late in the evening, I am willing to support the team at such times, especially if it is planned in advance or related to important tasks. It is important to maintain a balance and have the opportunity to recover after intensive work.
