What motivates you in your work? What is boring?

What drives me at work is the opportunity to solve complex problems that require a creative approach and a deep understanding of the system. I am especially motivated when the results of my work directly impact the quality of the product and user convenience. I also value teamwork, where knowledge can be exchanged and professional growth can occur.

Work becomes boring with routine tasks that do not require thinking and do not provide opportunities to learn new things. For example, monotonous fixing of minor bugs without context or working on outdated code without prospects for improvements. In such cases, it is important to find ways to automate the process or suggest improvements to rekindle interest in the work.
