Counter implemented through an immediately invoked expression

It is necessary to write a function that will increase its internal value by 1 each time it is called, starting from 0. Only the function itself should be available in the global namespace – no additional variables. Implement the solution using an IIFE (Immediately Invoked Function Expression).
