How did tasks come to your team, and who made architectural decisions?

In our team, tasks usually came from the product manager or team lead, who set requirements and priorities. Architectural decisions were made jointly with more experienced developers and architects, sometimes involving the team lead. To discuss architecture, we held meetings where we considered implementation options, evaluated their pros and cons, and chose the optimal approach considering the current goals and project constraints.
