Tell us about your previous company — team composition, processes, projects.

In the previous company, the frontend development team consisted of 6 people: two middle, two senior, and one team lead. We worked using Agile methodology with two-week sprints, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

The main projects included developing a SPA on React for an internal CRM system and the company's public website. During the process, we used TypeScript, Redux for state management, and Jest for testing. Interaction with the backend was through REST API.

Processes included code reviews, CI/CD with automatic deployment to staging and production, as well as regular meetings with the product team to clarify requirements.
