In my experience working with Purrweb and Atwint, there was direct access to the product manager, which allowed for quick clarification of requirements and receiving feedback on tasks. This significantly sped up the development process and reduced misunderstandings.

Regarding training, I had to conduct internal trainings and mentorship for new employees and interns, explaining the project architecture, best practices, and features of the technologies used. This experience helped improve team communication and code quality.
