Tell us about the processes in the team: composition, methodology, how tasks were transferred, who was the customer?

In my practice, the frontend team usually consisted of 3-5 developers, including a team lead and sometimes a designer. The methodology was most often Agile with two-week sprints and daily stand-ups. Tasks were assigned through a tracking system (e.g., Jira), where the PO or client formulated user stories and prioritized the backlog. The client was either an internal business analyst or an external client, with whom regular meetings were held to clarify requirements and demonstrate intermediate results.
