Tell us about the processes in your team at your current/previous job.

In my previous team, an Agile approach was used with two-week sprints. Each sprint started with planning, where we discussed tasks and estimated their complexity. Daily stand-ups were held for synchronization and discussing blockers. Jira was used for task management, allowing us to track progress and priorities.

Code reviews were a mandatory step before merging into the main branch, which helped maintain code quality and share knowledge within the team. Pair programming was also practiced for complex tasks.

For communication, we used Slack and regular meetings to discuss architectural decisions and retrospectives after each sprint to improve processes.
