In work situations, conflicts can arise due to disagreements over technical solutions, task distribution, or communication. To resolve them, I use the following approaches:

• Listening to all parties to understand the causes of the conflict.
• Trying to find a compromise solution, considering arguments and facts.
• When necessary, involving the opinion of more experienced colleagues or a supervisor.
• Maintaining openness and respect in communication to prevent escalation.

For example, if there is a dispute within the team regarding the choice of architectural approach, I suggest conducting a discussion demonstrating the pros and cons of each option to make an informed decision.
