Did you decide to change your project or find an additional one?.

I consider both options — changing the project and finding an additional one. Changing the project is interesting for gaining new experience and developing skills in another area or technology. An additional project allows expanding competencies and increasing contribution to the company without losing current specialization.

Depending on the goals and current workload, I choose the optimal path. If it is possible to combine, then an additional project helps to grow faster and be more beneficial. If I want to delve deeper into a new area, then changing the project would be preferable.
