Can you tell about how work processes and interaction methodologies were organized in your last project?

In my last project, workflows were organized according to the Agile methodology with two-week sprints. We used Scrum for task planning and daily stand-ups for team synchronization. Interaction took place through a task tracking system (Jira), where each task had a clear description, acceptance criteria, and a responsible person.

For communication, we used Slack and regular video calls. An important part was the automation of CI/CD with Jenkins, which allowed for quick integration and deployment of changes. Code reviews were conducted through GitHub Pull Requests, which improved quality and knowledge sharing within the team.
