What motivated you to leave your last job?

The main reason for leaving my last job was the desire for professional growth and seeking new challenges. In my previous position, I reached a certain ceiling in development, and the tasks became repetitive, without the opportunity to learn new technologies or take on more responsible projects. An important factor was also the desire to work in a more dynamic team with the opportunity to influence architecture and processes, which aligns with my career goals as a DBA.
