What is important to you when choosing an employer? What does micromanagement mean to you?

When choosing an employer, I consider several aspects:

• Culture and atmosphere in the team — whether it is comfortable to work and how open the communication is.
• Opportunities for professional growth — training, participation in interesting projects.
• Work-life balance — reasonable deadlines, respect for personal time.
• Technical stack and tasks — alignment with my interests and experience.

Micromanagement for me is a management style where the leader controls every step of the employee too closely, interferes in small details of work, does not give autonomy and trust. This often leads to decreased motivation, creativity, and slows down the process, as the person feels under constant pressure and cannot make decisions independently.
